What is New Jersey Recovery Court?

New Jersey Recovery Court, known for years as Drug Court, is a statewide program run through the New Jersey court system that gives certain non-violent offenders with a substance use disorder a path to treatment and supervision instead of a traditional prison sentence. Who is eligible for Recovery Court?
