Samantha Hewett

Samantha Hewett serves as one of two Managing Partners at The Archangel Centers, sharing operational leadership with Ian Treacy. Her domain is the day-to-day reality of running two licensed addiction treatment facilities: facility buildout and site management, regulatory compliance and licensure, staffing infrastructure, and the operational consistency that keeps both the Tinton Falls and Charlotte locations running to the same standard.

Her focus areas span admissions coordination, vendor selection, staffing models, policy infrastructure, and the cross-functional management that connects clinical, administrative, and operational teams. The work is largely invisible to clients, which is exactly how it should be: when operations run cleanly, clinicians can do their jobs without friction.

Samantha's conviction is that culture cannot be outsourced or decreed from the top down. It is built into operational decisions: how a facility feels when someone walks in, how staff communicate with each other and with clients, how problems are addressed before they compound. Every policy and process she oversees reflects that standard.
